Anytime Valets is fully covered by comprehensive Public Liability Insurance, which protects against vehicle damage and third-party bodily injuries. We also maintain Work Injury Compensation (WICA) for all our personnel, ensuring full protection for both our clients and our team.
What are the payment terms for booking a valet service?
For Events we typically require a 50% deposit to secure the booking, with the remaining balance after the event. For Corporate Contracts we provide tailor made valet service contracts with monthly billing cycles suited to the operational needs of hotels, hospitals, and commercial buildings.
Can I display my corporate branding on your valet counters?
Yes we welcome the opportunity to integrate with your event’s branding. You may provide your logo for our valet parking service counters, please ensure the print length does not exceed 350mm to ensure a perfect fit on our standard equipment.
